Todd Lippiatt is Head of Capital Markets at NAX.
A Wall Street veteran known for his ingenious solutions and superior risk adjusted returns, he is Founder of Propellr, an investment platform with a fully-integrated broker dealer providing individuals with direct access to alternative investments. With Fluidity as a blockchain partner, Todd was first to market tokenizing New York City real estate, enabling both investment and returns via stablecoin. This groundbreaking work was followed by implementing the first blockchain residential mortgage.

Todd worked previously at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, DLJ, and founded Aristone Realty Capital, a private real estate lender that originated more than $400 million in structured credit investments.

A Calabasas native and Brooklyn resident, Todd graduated from Brown with Bachelor degrees in Computer Science, Philosophy, and Economics, and completed graduate work at Columbia in Biochemistry. He is a proud father of two, surfer, trekker to destinations without five bars, and spreadsheet wizard.
Juan Carlos Bruce-Novoa
Juan Carlos Bruce-Novoa is Head of Innovation at NAX.
Fascinated with emerging technical areas spanning disciplines & business cultures, Juan has worked in the mediums of software, hardware, mobile, video, digital, social media, and narrative within the constructs of entertainment, consumer technology, retail, and fintech. Often serving as a cultural translator, Juan is fluent in bridging visions between creators, designers, engineers, and executive stakeholders, navigating the full stack from technical problems to strategic visioning. Spanning the range of his own startups (Epoxy and AEnigma) to VCs (Downey Ventures) and product development (IDEO), Juan brings vision and attention nuanced detail to his projects.

Juan holds a Bachelors degree in Product Design, as well as his MS in Engineering (UX/UI) and MBA, from Stanford University. Following his time as a professional race car driver in his teens, Juan has since partnered with Robert Downey, Jr. to launch one of the first celebrity venture capital funds, was profiled in the New York Times bestseller Ten Faces of Innovation, and is the inspiration for a character in Iron Man 3.
Daniel Ice is Head of Innovation at NAX Technology Group.
Bringing a rich background in technology to NAX, Daniel has spent 20 years working across e-commerce, engineering, and crypto. Most recently serving as Head of Innovation at Charge Technology Group and CTO for The Element Group, Daniel built an ICO platform which raised $200 million and distributed $2 billion in assets for its clients. He speaks frequently at conferences on crypto and serves as a judge at hackathons.

Daniel holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, is a father of three, and has appeared on CNBC’s The Whale Tank as a judge.
Rajasi Singhvi is an Innovation Strategist at NAX.
With several years of experience in consulting, M&A, and private equity, Rajasi manages asset-backed ventures, develops platform solutions, and creates strategies to drive innovation for NAX’s partners.

In addition to prior work at Deloitte and Everstone Capital Advisors, at PwC she developed growth strategies, assessed profitability levers, led due diligence and internal valuations, and collaborated with the legal and investment banking teams for a $700 million M&A deal.

She is an avid traveler at 45 countries visited to date and taught Mathematics during pandemic school closures via Zoom to underprivileged children in India.

Rajasi holds her Bachelors degree with honors in Commerce from Delhi University (India), MBA from INSEAD (France), and is a Chartered Accountant.
Shannon Ewing is Head of Ecosystems at NAX.
After spending a decade in the field implementing International Development and Humanitarian Aid projects around the globe, Shannon entered the blockchain/cryptocurrency space to propel the creation of new resources in emerging economies. She became one of the sector's biggest catalysts on the premise that blockchain has the power to redefine paradigms around identity and value exchange. She has worked with companies across the distributed-ledger industry, as well as global organizations such as Doctors Without Borders, USAID, and the Aspen Institute.

Shannon has spoken at, contributed to, or organized more than 75 decentralist conferences, including co-producing ETH Denver, the world’s largest community Web3 summit, and the Blockchain Training Conference (BTC) for C4 and Andreas Antonopoulos.

Shannon holds a Bachelors degree in International Development from Hampshire College, is a Certified Bitcoin Professional from the Cryptocurrency Certification Consortium, and is an NLP practitioner.
Melissa Higgins is Director of Marketing at NAX.
Propelled by the belief that multidisciplinary mastery yields innovative solutions, she brings experience to NAX spanning international marketing, foreign affairs, finance, and arts/entertainment. Melissa’s marketing and communications work in fintech and blockchain played a role in a few industry breakthroughs, including the first New York City real estate tokenized on Ethereum. This and other first-to-market projects have afforded a unique understanding of marketing within highly regulated spaces.

A first generation American committed to bridging divides, she built & launched a Silicon Valley funded mentorship program during Covid for recently un-incarcerated youth. Melissa is an award-winning producer for a stage performance and film series about disrupting the school to prison pipeline, commissioned by and premiered to a sold out house at Carnegie Hall in New York. Her appetite for adventure has led her to live and work in four countries, and travel to several dozen more.

Melissa holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing, International Economics, and French with studies split between the United States and Luxembourg.
Tony Alva is Head of Design & Design Director at NAX.
Tony leads & manages his product team, driving branding, product design, service design, content production and GTM / launch strategies for all NAX ventures.  

Previously, Tony worked at Opennode, BCGDV, Enzic Design (Founder), and BMW x SCAD where he was a sponsored designer. Tony has created and led branding for
more than  50 companies and is a skillful leader managing teams both large and small across a broad range of marketplaces.

A SCAD graduate, Tony is a practicing fine artist, avid sneaker-head, and a huge Formula One fan. He plans to one day get a shot at designing a livery for an F1 car.
Dr. Richard Lucht is Director of Ventures at NAX Germany.
Based in Frankfurt, Richard leads the European operations’ charge in Insurance, Asset Management, Gaming, Art, Real Estate, Mobility and Logistics. Before coming to NAX, Richard served as a Director in the Capital Markets team of Finsbury Glover Hering advising boards of listed companies on M&A, IPO and mission critical situations with focus on innovation in Mobility, Robotics and Energy. He also worked in LA as Head of Communications and Advisor to the Board for the launch of EV startup Canoo.

You can catch Richard in the gym 5 times a week since 2001. He is also a news junkie, espresso aficionado, Vespa rider, BVB fan and number 10 on the pitch.  

Richard has a PhD in Literature from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. He has a French-German Double-Masters in Philosophy and Literature from the Universities in
Aix/Marseille and Tübingen and is a Scholar of  "Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes."
Jason Jordan is COO of the NAX Technology Group.
With over 23 years of experience in media, entertainment and technology at both Fortune  500 companies and digitally-native startups, Jason is well-versed in building and monetizing next-gen products and services, and architecting successful strategic acquisitions and exits.

Prior to NAX, Jason served as Executive Vice President, Multiplatform Strategy & Operations at Viacom. In this role, Jason diversified Viacom’s video-focused IP into lucrative new areas and formats, including video games, live/experiential events, podcasts, voice skills and direct-to-consumer apps.

While at Viacom, Jason managed the joint venture between Viacom and the creators of South Park. He also served as the COO of Viacom-owned Bellator MMA, a leading combat sports organization.  Key accomplishments over his tenure include helping secure seminal content licensing deals totaling over nine-figures in value for the South Park franchise and significantly scaling Bellator’s digital footprint.

Jason has a Masters in Engineering Economic Systems and a Bachelors in Economics from Stanford University. He resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and two children. On the weekends, you will likely find him mountain biking,
snowboarding, hiking or taking an ice bath.
